2. Final tour cost may vary slightly at the time of confirmation due to:

3. 100% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the tour.

4. No services (hotel / vehicle / darshan) will be blocked or confirmed without full payment.

5. Hotel check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

8. Temple darshan timings are controlled by temple authorities and subject to crowd conditions.

· 7–14 days before arrival:

· Less than 7 days / No show:

➝ 100% cancellation – No refund

✦ Hotels / Darshan Tickets:

· Hotel and special darshan cancellations are subject to individual provider policies.

· Any non-refundable booking amount will be deducted accordingly.

✦ Refund Process:

· Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
