All positions are voluntary and are primarily performed remotely/online.

Global, Regional, National, State/Province, District, City, and Local volunteer teams may coordinate meetings, public awareness programmes, community service initiatives, campaigns, training sessions, and other lawful organisational activities, as required, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions.

Volunteers are encouraged to contribute their time, skills, knowledge, experience, and professional expertise to advance the movement's objectives through peaceful, lawful, and service-oriented activities.

Participate in physical meetings, community service initiatives, awareness programmes, campaigns, and events only when officially announced or authorised by the Founder or authorised volunteer leadership, and only in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.

4. Invite and refer eligible volunteers and supporters, encourage them to follow our official platforms, and participate in lawful public awareness and community service activities.

5. Demonstrate integrity, commitment, discipline, teamwork, respect, and active voluntary participation. Continued voluntary service, contributions, and performance may be considered when assigning, changing, or withdrawing internal organisational responsibilities. Membership, appointment, continuation, promotion, or assignment to any role is not guaranteed and remains subject to the movement's internal policies and applicable laws.

Terms of Voluntary Appointment

1. All positions are internal voluntary organisational roles within Mosquito Victory Party (MVP) | Mosquito Vetri Kazhagam (MVK).

2. These positions are unpaid and voluntary. No salary, honorarium, wages, stipend, commission, allowance, reimbursement, or other financial benefit is provided unless expressly approved in writing by the Founder or an authorised representative.

3. Appointment to a voluntary role does not create an employer–employee relationship, partnership, agency, contractual employment, or any entitlement to future employment or remuneration.

4. Appointments are made solely on a voluntary, public service-oriented basis to support the lawful objectives and activities of the movement.

5. Submission of an application does not guarantee appointment. All appointments are made at the sole discretion of the movement and may be modified, reassigned, suspended, or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the movement's internal policies and applicable laws.

6. The Founder or authorised leadership may reassign, suspend, or terminate any voluntary appointment at any time, including for inactivity, unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, misuse of the movement's name, logo, social media accounts, funds, records, or other organisational resources, violation of the movement's policies or code of conduct, conflict of interest, or any conduct considered detrimental to the movement or its lawful objectives.

7. Volunteers are expected to act honestly, respectfully, peacefully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, while upholding the principles and values of the movement.

8. Applicants and volunteers are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable laws, regulations, employment or service rules, contractual obligations, professional codes of conduct, and any other legal or organisational requirements applicable to them.

9. The movement reserves the right to amend these terms, internal policies, appointment criteria, or organisational structure at any time, subject to applicable laws.
